Remote Support

I hereby agree to allow the technician from IHS Computers, Inc to remotely control my computer to complete required repairs. I understand and agree to the following:

  • IHS Computers is not responsible for my data.
     

  • I am solely responsible for maintaining a backup copy of my data on removable media and/or in the cloud through a service such as Carbonite.
     

  • Payment is expected as services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.
     

  • IHS Computers will not install software illegally. All software must be on the original media or directly downloaded from the vendor site with accompanying license number, etc.
     

  • IHS Computers is not responsible for re-infection of the computer once you have verified that the system is clean and the technician has ended the remote service call session.
